Running out before the ocean shipment lands? Replenly works out how many units to fly and sends the rest by sea — sized against your actual stockout date, not a guess.
Replenly is where you manage your inbound inventory — POs, shipments, restocking. Every shipment sharpens your landed cost, so you can see your real margin and push prices to your marketplaces from the same screen.

Every screen answers one question: what should I do next?
Running out before the ocean shipment lands? Replenly works out how many units to fly and sends the rest by sea — sized against your actual stockout date, not a guess.
Your freight bills and duty rates feed straight into cost per unit. No manual COGS entry, no stale numbers. Every shipment that lands makes the figure more accurate.
Set your margin rules once. Replenly computes the price for each SKU and marketplace against your real cost, and pushes it live to your sales channels.
Days of cover per product and the exact date to place the next order, with production and shipping time built in.
Live stock from your 3PLs, so counts are right and restock recommendations are right with them.
When to move stock from your warehouse into Amazon, and how much, sized to full cartons.
Every order from factory to shelf, received quantities checked against what you ordered.
At FBA, at your 3PLs, inbound on the water, and on order. Plus total inventory value on any date, ready for tax filing.
Line items, case packs, and supplier details filled in from the recommendation. Track it through to received.
CBM and weight computed to the carton, from your real master-carton specs.
Log quotes against the shipment they belong to. Comparing forwarders takes seconds instead of an inbox search.
Every insight is computed from your account's sales, inventory, and fee history — and every number exists to answer an operator's question, not decorate a dashboard.
Trailing 12-month sales per SKU per marketplace, with out-of-stock periods detected and corrected — so a stockout doesn't read as a drop in demand.
Month-by-month projections built from your own seasonality — peaks and lulls included — with every forecast graded against what actually sold.
Gross margin, contribution margin, and net margin per SKU per marketplace — from your real landed costs, fulfillment fees, measured return rates, and actual Amazon ad spend.
Days of cover, projected stockout dates, and reorder-by dates for every SKU in every market — the analytics that end the "how much and when" debate.

Get a dated to-do list: what to reorder, how much to fly vs. ship by sea, and when to send stock into Amazon.
The story behind every shipment or PO isn't buried in Slack or an email thread nobody can find. It's in Replenly.
I've sold online through my own private label brand for over 10 years. The part that always gave me the biggest headache was inbound supply chain.
So I hired an operations manager. Then I sat down to onboard him and realized the whole setup ran on separate tools and a million Google Sheets — and that some of the numbers I needed didn't exist anywhere. Inventory value on a given date. Average freight cost per kilo. True COGS per SKU. I couldn't hand him what I didn't have.
The forecasting tools were fine, but they never connected to my 3PLs — so stock counts were wrong, restock recommendations were wrong with them, and I stocked out. Margins were guesswork, because unit costs, freight, and duty move constantly. Shipment decisions lived in email, WhatsApp, and Slack, where nobody could find why anything happened. Tax filing took days.
Replenly is what I built to fix it.
